Anybody fill be in on where I can find the Motorola R-56 Grounding Standards, or any checklists, etc?

The R-56 is a combination of the NFPA and MIL-STD-188-124B. If you google "MIL-STD-188-124B" you should
find the pub available for download in PDF format. BTW the pub is title'd "Grounding and Bonding Techniques".
Additionally, "MIL-HDBK-419" is another "grounding / bonding" reference. For "Lightning Protection", refer to
"MIL-HDBK-1004/6". These mil standards should be all you'll ever need.
