Motorola base coselotte ?? radio
Hi i'm looking for advise or information on were to get tx and rec, crystals for this base radio presently it operates on 32.860 mhz. i need to fine 30.760 mhz for my assigned freq. in besides going to a [[[[[[ crystal co. that i've all ready tryed [[[ did]] work right, help would be appreciated if someone can help. If you are referring to a tabletop Consolette base, there were about a dozen different models over the years. In any case, all of the crystal ones can be handled by International Crystal, but you will also have to align the base station to the new channel. 32 MHz is too far from 30 to just plug crystals in and have it work properly.

If it is a Motrac or Mocom 70, unless you have a very high-level signal generator, you might even have to take the cover off the front end and inject signal stage-by-stage, working from back to front for an initial tune-up, then inject it as normal and complete your fine-tuning. These units were very selective and show it when you try to change very far from its existing frequency.
