MDC ID Display on an XTS2500
This is really driving me nuts. I'm trying to get my XTS2500 to display all the MDC 1200 IDs that are being transmitted over my simplex fireground channel. For whatever reason it will only display the the ID from the one other XTS2500 in our fleet and nothing else. My XTS3000 on the other hand displays every single one. I've mirrored the MDC system in both radios and they still do the same thing. Any thoughts? I'm programming with Version 9.0. Thanks in advanced!

What version Firmware/DSP? I have encountered wierd MDC problems with R06 and lower. Once firmware refreshed it seems to be fine.

i'm not exactly sure but it is definately a late version firmware higher than 6.0. I'm wondering if it is something I'm doing wrong in the MDC profile.

so you are saying it decodes the mdc id's on your main repeater but not on your talkaround?

No... well not really.. It will decode the MDC from the other XTS2500 on talk around as well as on the repeater but won't decode anthing else at all. I have an XTS3000 which decodes everything. I mirrored the MDC personality from the XTS3000 onto the XTS2500 and still came up with the same results. What can I be doing wrong?!?!?
