2008 Chevy Impala

Hey all! Has anyone done an install in a 2008 Impala with the floor shifter? I may have to do one of these in the near future. If anyone has any pictures of the console with equipment installed I would greatly appreciate it. Thank you all in advance.

I sent you a PM. I have installed a CB and scanner in a 2006 Impala with a center console. I can send you pictures. I am not good at posting them on the forum though.

I have installed some ham equipment into a 2000 Impala with a center console but it may take me awhile to get some pics. Two radios but the console install only has the remote heads so not sure if that interests you or not. If interested I will not be able to post pics to this forum but if you pm me with your email address or if you could host the pics I can send them to you when I get them loaded onto my pc.

Chipster, thank you for the pictures. I do have a question though. What is the space directly in front of the shifter for? It looks Like it would be a good home for a radio.

It is just a little cubby hole that has two cigarette lighter plugs in it. I thought about putting a radio in there, but decided against it. The car does not have enough cubby holes as it is for little things.
