HT 1000

I have a HT 1000 can it be set for a 6.25 split. i did it for one it was set a 486.11875 it came in well.

can this be done with all HT 1000'S

1. Distinguish between channel split (i.e., what center frequency can the radio be set for) and channel bandwidth (i.e., what is the max. deviation that the radio will transmit).

2. I believe that B models and later will do 6.25 channel splits, but only D models will do 12.5 kHz channel bandwidths.

3. I don't believe any HT1000 will do 6.25 kHz channel bandwidths.
