Centracom II+ Help

Since we dont have the 66-Block Diagram on the knowledge base anymore I am looking for some information.

1. Can someone tell me what pairs are what on the block? Also, how many channels are on each block? I have cards that are configured for DC. Do you just remove the DC daughter board and that is all? Do have to change anything else? I am only wanting Tone Remotes. Where does the first card in the cage relate to the 66-blocks location?

2. Paging Questions: I do have the memory buttons for each set of tones. I am also wanting to page manually with the Keypad. I can page one at a time, but can you page multiple ones at a time? For example... Enter codes 1234, 1235 and on and on?
