MCS2000 wont do a squat !! powers up fine

Ok I got an MCS2000 model 1UHF M01SHL9PW4AN is the model number. It powers up fine, passed selftest and shows blank screen. Buttons dont respond and even the power button ( you cannot turn it off once switched on !! ) Is this a hardware issue or this radio have a bad codeplug? Before I forget, When I tried to read the codeplug radio shutsdown so I have to play the power a little to get the radio on while reading it with RVN4175T software. I could read the codeplug fine and modify the fields but writing back to radio is no avail. Please help. Is there someone out there have a codeplug for this? or I have a trashed radio? Is there anything I could do to revive this? thanks to all
