x9000 or spectra error code 03/1c

I've recently decided to try and repair all the radios I have collected over the years and either use them or sell them. In my box of stuff I have been going through 9000 series control heads. I have run into a couple of heads that give me the following. One gives 05/90 which I beleive was an erro in the e-prom, since I corrected it with a reprogram with Spectra software (I still would like to know what the code means). The other is 03/1c. I have looked throughout the information on X9000 and Spectra radios and there is no 03 listed. Any ideas?
