Motorola GP1200 Front Panel Programmig

Hi I have a Motorola GP1200 UHF FM Trunked Radio and was wondering if anyone could send me either a link to or a copy of the GP1200 user manual (PDF) also i have a document called "GP1200_front_panel_programming.pdf" with instructions about how to front panel program the radio, but some of the instuctions are ; press the + and - keys but there are no + or - keys on the radio????? :S anyone who can tell me if this radio is Front panel programmable (even though im 99.9% sure it isnt ) it would be great thanks in advance....... It is not, nor can it ever be made into a FPP radio......

what features dose this radio have that you can accsess through the front panel becouse i dont have the manual i cant work it, i can get into trunked and conventional modes ok but thats about it.... waiting for a programming cable all the best ...................Darran
