Programming problem with gp380

Hi all on the List

i have several gp380 vhf and uhf.
now i cant programm one of the vhf radios anymore.

all others are programmable with the same equipment

this particular radio fails to programm or read out with a " cant find the radio" faultcode

As the others are readable and programmable i suspect something is wrong with the radio

Any idea??? Is there a way i can reset the radio without the RSS??
