XTS2250 PPT ID

We have XTS2250's with model H46UCH9PW7BNI and I'm able to program PPT ID so we can see the ID from a radio transmitting in a talkgroup, the problem is we have other 2250´s with model H46UCH9PW7ANI where I can program the PTT ID but it does't work. Am I missing something? or It can't be enabled despite the option is available. I'm using Astro 25 CPS v 10.01
