USB RIB BOX

Where can i find a rib box thats has usb connection or is there a cable that will allow me to connect using a rib box the new computers dont have a pin connection only usb any help appreciated????

Sorry, RIBS are serial port only. Some here on the board have had luck using USB to serial converters, but I would venture to say the majority use computers that have actual serial ports.

i agree, get a computer that has a real serial port or a pcmcia card to go into a laptop and use a real rib and cable. motorola programs do not like usb unless it's an oem usb cable like used on the xts5000's.
