Firmware upgrade
So I figured I'd give my local MSS a crack at my radios......not after this email! Mind you all I want is a firmware upgrade on two HT1250's.
Good morning.
The flat rate factory repair for the HT1250 portable radio is $299.00 per unit.
This should provide the firmware upgrades that you are requesting.
If the units are still under warranty there would be no charge for the factory repair and upgrade.
Let us know if we can help.
Thanks again.

Re: Firmware upgrade
haven't got the radios yet and already getting the firmware upgraded? Damn that was fast! Always worked good for me...even with "OLD" firmware. by the way that is a total joke for a price!

How about doing one on an XTS5K Model III?HLA wrote:that's a joke, they have obviously never done one before. i'll do it for you if you take care of shipping.

Night and day difference with respect to process. Just because you can do a model doesn't mean you can do every model...Alex663 wrote:How about doing one on an XTS5K Model III?HLA wrote:that's a joke, they have obviously never done one before. i'll do it for you if you take care of shipping.

Can you blame a brother for at least asking?
