Not really, look for a program called slowdown.exe. Using this I have been able to run x9000 RSS on 600 mhz P3. If I find a link I will post it later.

what radio rss are you trying to use that you need to slow it down? most motorola programs don't like those programs just like they don't play nice with usb to serial adaptors or a mac. maybe we can find you another way of fixing your problem?

Kb9rre is set to go, it solved his problem. I have used this program on several troublesome RSS packages with great success.
