TK730 upgrade for FleetSync???

Is there a plug in chip or board to upgrade a Kenwood TK-730 to do fleetsync (MDC)???

Fleetsync is NOT MDC. The 730 does not support Fleetsync (too old). And, this is off-topic. Try: http://www.radioinfoboard.com/.
