Anyone have any info on how you get the receive filtered audio output on pin 11 of the accessory connector?
Have tried a couple of MCS2000 radios, model 1 and model 2 with the same results. No receive audio shows
up on this pin 11, no matter how I configure the radio. I know this should be normally a fixed audio level that is
not effected by the volume control. Works great on other radio families but not so on the MCS2000 that I
can see.

MCS2000 info needed on acc con pin 11 filtered audio

Re: MCS2000 info needed on acc con pin 11 filtered audio
Very odd, it's always been there anytime I've worked with MCS2000 units. Hooked up many a unit to remotes & used a few in cross-band repeaters, always audio on pin 11. There are no options in the RSS I'm aware of that would affect it one way or the other.

OK thanks for the reply. I will do some more looking. Have 3 radios that are all doing the same thing. Thought
that with 3 of them with all the same issue, then I was looking in the wrong direction.

Stupid question, but you're sure it's pin 11 you're measuring? Two over from the jumper between 4 & 9?

That was the first thing I checked that where I was trying to get the audio was pin 11.
Even went so far as to look up the specs on the MC3403 op amps used to drive the
pin 11. Was afraid that I might have blown them if by some chance the wire may
have shorted to ground. The IC is short circuit proofed.
Don't think much of the Motorola drunk that drew up the schematics for the MCS2000.
They sure leave a bunch to be desired to try to follow a line around on this radio.
