Spectra A7 head UHF 400-433 out of band?

will a a7 head uhf 400-433 mhz band go out of band by re tuning ? im looking to try to get it up around the 465 mark? is this possible at all?

I think your asking 2 questions here. The head is not the limiting factor here. The radio itself is the chain
around your leg. The 400 to 433 radio will never make it to 465. Go find another radio.

If you find a radio in the right range with a different control head, now you can bit bang the RSS to change the
head to fit your desires.
