OT: Repeater Info Needed

So far, it's from a company out of Australia, and looks like a wanna-be analog Quantar, sort of. Does anyone know much on it? Here is it's website:

It's the "Eclipse 500" model, 450-490?

Looks more like a knock off of the now discontinued Tait "Series II".
