motorola alert monitor cyrstal style

Anyone know what the style of the cyrstal used in the alert monitor, I have the one that is black with the chrome front and antenna built into the handle. I need to find some xtals for these things.

What band? The basic radio is a M01CNB for low band, M03CNB for high band and M04CNB for UHF. The crystals are in HC-6/U holders.
International Crystal has the formulae. The crystals will cost you $ 20 plus shipping, more or less, which is one reason most people buy a scanner.

You might as well ask for a manual because these are not broad banded. After replacing the crystal, you will still have to do an alignment unless the new frequency is about 100 Khz from the old one.

I have all three high band, low band, and UHF. I already have a scanner and it will not cut the cheese for what I want to do. Thank you for the information though that will help greatly!
