MT1000 Serial Bus Error 011

Post by Tonnwerk »

Hi everyone!

I've got a problem programming the MT1000 UHF 8ch model, converted to 16ch.
I use a Toshiba Tecra with an Pentium 266MMX, I know this might be too fast
for the radio, but I programmed the MT1000 with no fuss at all, using original RIB.

Now, I'm using a third party RIB, trying to read the radio, but the RSS is giving
the Serial Bus Communications Error 011 code...!!

Would anyone know what might be the problem? What does Error 011 code stand
for?

Thanks!!

That computer is too fast for the MT1000 radios.

The after market RIBs do not always have the correct levels or the correct BUSY signals. <<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<

Look on http://www.batboard.com under model specific HT600/Mt1000 series radios.

What radios do you own?: HT1550's, X9000's, CDM1550's

the mt1000 and p200's are real picky and need an old 286 or 386

Well, what's really strange is that I programmed the radio with the
same PC with no problem at all, smoothly!
