PR400 QC II encode

I programmed a PR400 for QC II encode and PL encode for paging thru a repeater. The repeater is a little slow to transmitt and the first tone is not being transmitted completely. Is there a delay that can be programmed to delay sending the QC tones?

you can lengthen the pre time

how can the pre-time be lengthened? there are no options in the QCII system tab to adjust pre-time like there is for MDC and DTMF signalling

ok i just opened up a codeplug and it don't look like you have any options for your situation. can you set the tones off one after another so the secoend time will set them off?

couldnt you add a second or howerver much is gettin cut off to the first tone so it would make up for it? or set a mdc pred id for that channel

you can't do two signalings, you can't make it do mdc then qc.
