programming LCS2000 in smartnet II UHF

programming LCS2000 in smartnet II UHF

I like to program a LCS2000 in a type II smartnet system but in the RSS they talks about a standardfile and standardfile database but do I need a file or can I create it (I askt my motorola dealer who deliver the used radio from another closed systemand he doesent know) I got the system key. The radio can listen to the talkgroups i n the system but not affiliate. Thanks for any help. Best regards.
