1.
from Relise Note for firmware R03.10.03
"...
CODEPLUG COMPATIBILITY : R03.10.02
CPS COMPATIBILITY: R03.08.03 and later
..."
You must use CPS R03.08.03
2. What tanapa was at radio GP680, non Rohs or Rohs?
Codeplug for Rohs and nonRohs tanapa can have differences.

Re: Motorola GP680-380 Problem!
There are either WARIS or Lazarus hardware platforms in GP680/380 radios.
And they have different codeplugs due to
different IFs in receiver (45.100 and 44.850 MHz).
Try to check this with 250kHz shift on receive, if yes, look for codeplug you need.

Re: Motorola GP680-380 Problem!
You have a frequency shift problem with your radio!
For the most models, you find Tanapas with A/B/C index.
In the most cases, the B/C Tanapas are right for the newer radio hardware.
Try to program the radio with one of these Lab codeplugs and test it.
