The HT1250 LS can do 700Mhz (746–794MHz) No "LS" no 700Mhz or 200Mhz. I'm at work & can't view ebay
The model number is correct
Portable Two Way Radio incorporates LTR trunking capabilities.....Jim

That is a 700Mhz radio according to your part number. The Moto 700 mhz and 200 Mhz Waris platform (pro series) radios can do Conventional, LTR and PassPort trunking.
