Some people just don't have a clue of what their stuff is really worth, and others are hoping to find that special someone who thinks it's worth the asking price. The only question is, if the item sells for that inflated price, who's the idiot? The buyer or the seller?

The radio is worth about 250-300. It does have SecureNet so thats worth
about 50.00. Add the accessories.. I would sell this package for about 400.00
with the radio, battery, antenna & battery charger. But no where close to
what he wants!! For 400 it would sell pretty quick and its an average price. just for the heck of it! Ed

Something along the lines of doing a search on ebay for Ht1000 radio and finding that one post for a radio with "all the accsys" such as spkr. mic., second batt., ps mic., and audio adapter, but the ironic thing is that it's being sold for $2000

Ya GOTTA love those posts
