MCS2000 Conversion from Model II to III - Need Code Plugs

I have two Model II MCS2000 mobiles which I would like
to convert to Model III versions. I have a Model III
control head and understand that I will need a code
plug from a Model III radio.

The model numbers for the two radios that I have are:

UHF: M01RHM9PW5BN
VHF: M01KHM9PW5BN

If anyone has a Model III code plug for either or both of
these that they can send to me, it would be greatly
appreciated!
