spectra repair

Hello, I have a Spectra from the 9000 series siren and everything.
my volume went and now the radio transmits but no sound on receive.
I was hoping someone could fix this radio and possibly reprogram a few channels in it.
If anyone out there can help and ball park a price. I would appreciate it greatly.
I am told this is an old radio, but we have been together a long time:-) :lol:
