Didn't Motorola make a Programming adapter that slid on the GP300 Programming Jig and Converted it to Program a GP350 Radio?? I thought i had seen one one time but cannot find one when searching now. If somebody could tell me the Part Number that would be Wonderful.

They did, I have one, I won't be home until Monday to get the part number though.

Yes they did make it and i have both the front and back adaptors for the GP300 to GP350 conversion.
I have an extra new in there boxes if your interested PM me.

i just use 3 wire jumpers. works fine.
