Need a low power Astro W4 Vhf codeplug or S rec for project

I'm looking for an IMBE S rec or codeplug that will work for a W4 low power Vhf radio. I'm 99% of the way to a conversion but the radio now thinks it's a hi power W9 and I'm making it a dash mount low power W4.
