Spectra UHF Error 79

Just got this radio in. Go to read it and the RSS gives me a code 79. Im new to the Spectras. Searched and found nothing on this error.

Any Ideas??

Error code 79 is Cannot access the S9000E control head.

At least it wasn't a 01 serial bus failure error. When set in the RSS as a S9000E head, the Spectra RSS wants a control head it recognizes as a type S9000E.
