PM400 Out of band programming

PM400 Out of band programming

Does anyone know any little tricks to get the UHF PM400 to program below 438. I want to be able to monitor an LTR system in the 423-425 area. I have tried what keyboard tricks I know, to no avail.

No known mod for taking this radio out of band has been released
