CP250

Can anyone tell me what cable / software is required to program a CP250 (UHF portable)?
Spoke with two 2-Way shops and they had no idea what CP250 was.
Seems to be an orphaned radio

are you shure it's a cp250 and not a ct250? if it is a cp250 then it should be the same cable and cps as the cp200. and i think all of the cp series is the same cps except for some reason they made the cp125 is all by itself?

Upon checking, you're correct, it's a CT250
Any info would be appreciated.

Forgot to ask, do you have the p/n for the programming cable, or do you know any dealers who have a decent price on an aftermarket version?

not shure what the part number is off hand but it is still the same cable as the ct200 or pro3150

One last question, does this radio use same software as CP 050, 140/160?
Or BY chance CM series? Been searching and it seems they may also use same software.

the ct's use the entry level pro cps, it's not the same as the cp's or cm's
