Dumb SPECTRA question

How does one hook up a Spectra, using the horn ring to operate the airhorn/siren?

And I fail to see any ability to use horn/foot switch ring on the siren/air horn to scroll through...

Unless you're trying to do the Horn/Lights alert for a SelCall...
