Mototrbo UHF Spec Query

I read the frequency range for the Mototrbo is 403Mhz to 470Mhz. Does anyone know if this range can be extended to include upto 477.400Mhz by an option?

This would enable the Mototrbo to be programmed for use on Australian UHF CB frequencies.
