CM300 MDC1200 issue

UHF CM300 BRAND new. Programmed by dealer who radio was bought from, then checked by a friend who has s/w.

MDC1200 is set for decode on one channel, both individual ID (1598) and group ID (610).

When paging the radio: Works when paging the individual unit, but not group. Any ideas??

Could it be selective call vs call alert??
