Astro Saber Convertacom Battery Problem

I have an Astro Saber and an Astro Saber Convertacom.

I go to put the radio in the Convertacom and it doesn't go all the way in because an Astro Saber is longer than a standard or System Saber, the battery is too long.

I get a shorter battery and it goes in just fine, but the battery doesn't charge because the connectors in the Convertacom don't line up with the connector pads on the battery. The Astro Convertacom I have, has no other issues and charges System Sabers just fine.

What is the correct battery for using an Astro Saber in an Astro Convertacom?

Motorola part # NTN4593 or equivalent. I use the Multiplier M4593 with Astro Sabers in convertacoms and they do just fine.
