IMPRES charger firmware

Post by KMB »

Hello,
How can I check the firmware ver. of the IMPRES charger?
I saw that there is a port beside the power cord at the back, do I need to find a cable and software to read the charger?
Thank you!!

The label with the part number on the base should indicate the firmware version

Apart from label beneath the charger, can I use software to confirm it?
Thanks~~~

You didn't state whether you have a single or multiunit charger, and I'm assuming they both operate the same way. If you have a display module installed, when you insert an impres battery before powerup, the second line of the display will show: SW xx.yy;aa.bb.
xx.yy denotes the software revision, and aa.bb denotes the charger display module software version.

Thank you for reply~~
I am looking for method to know the FW ver. of the single IMPRES charger.
When I saw it sold on eBay, I don't know their FW ver. if I want to buy it or after bought it, i hope to know the information except from the label, as I don't know that is true or not.
SoI hope to find another method to confirm it.
