Convert Radius mobile from 2ch to 16ch???

Im looking for any information on this mod for the older radius series mobiles. Model number ACD33LRA73A5BK

i have heard its a hardware and software mod
some only say software.

It is both a e-prom change and a shot with the correct codeplug. I convert 2 and 16 channels to 32 all the time.
