Are antenna connectors the same on MTS2K and Kenwood TK2200?

Are antenna connectors the same on MTS2K and Kenwood TK2200?

I need to place an order today and...I think they are but can't remember for certain.

Any help would be appreciated.

The are close, but not the same. The SMA connector on the Motorola is deeper than the Motorola. So if the adapter works on the MTS it will work on the Kenwood, but if the adapter is a "standard" SAM the center pins may not make contact, so it will work on the Kenwood, but not the Moto.

What adapter did you order?

I ordered the type that fit Motorola. SMA to BNC.
