Most headsets will require an adapter with an amplifier in it to interface with Motorola mobiles.

We have used the Heil Sound Traveler HTSS headset with a adapter cable that we build. The HTSS headset sells for $80 at amateur radio stores.
The boom microphone has really great audio. Only negative is light weight plastic construction, so it will not take a beating.

There are several other telephone headsets, Plantronics comes to mind, that can be adapted with a simple cable to Motorola radios.
