MOL CPS Download?

MOL CPS Download?

I purchased a CPS on MOL and it shipped today, but don't see anywhere to download it now. I went under Resource Center > Software Support > View Subscriptions, but nothing there yet. Does it take them awhile to list it or is there another place for download?

Go Under resource center -> resource center. ON the left hand side, hit the + next to software, the + next to two-way and it should be under there.

There has been cases where I've had to put a case in to get it added for an agency or two that I work with to get it added.

I've already looked there alex, not there, i purchased the pro series cps kit that comes with the cable, etc

if i go where you said, here is what it shows:

Sometimes it takes them a while and sometimes it's there within a day. we ordered the PRO stuff and it took a few days. I ordered XTS3000 CPS recently and it was there the next day. So, I would say give it some time and then call if nothing shows.

More often than I care to mention I have had to open a case on MOL to get them to add the software...it's obviously not an automated procedure & thus is dependant on people, so your mileage varies as far as getting it added quickly after ordering. I've even had the software disappear after a time, resulting in another case opened to get it added back.
No trees were harmed in the posting of this message...however an extraordinarily large number of electrons were horribly inconvenienced.
