Setting of the top PTT LED colour

Can I change the top LED light colour?
As it is orange in scanning and green in Tx, I hope them setting is exchnaged, orange for Tx and Green in scanning.

Probably not. You may be able to do some funny hardware modifications to change what color indicates what function, but it's probably not worth the effort. Additionally if you wanted to do it in software it would require a custom re-write of the firmware.

Unsolder the existing LED, and solder a new one of your color choice - done.

Correct me if I'm wrong- but it's a tri color LED - Orenge, Red, and Green - at that point your at slim pickings for tri color led's....

Ya, they are slim pickings, but do exist. There are many form factors for SMT LEDS - especially tri colored ones.
