MCS2000 Help Needed!
Hi Group; I picked up a MCS2000 UHF Model III 100 Watt radio and I am having trouble with PL. I can't figure out how to program the PL? When I ground the microphone on the clip it is still receiving other PL's It has a 2 prong molex on the control cable, is that for a "old school" type hang-up box? Tkanks, Bill

NO! That two prong molex is for an external speaker!!!!
Re: MCS2000 Help Needed!
As d119 said that molex conn is for the external speaker.
When in the CPS programing software go into the "Conventional Configuration"
and click on the "General" tab and make sure "HUB Defeats PL" is unchecked
and rewrite the codeplug and it should work for you.
