CPS Locked Via Password

CPS Locked Via Password

I got 2 HT1250 today at the Flea Market and when I go and read them via the CPS the splash screen comes up and then asks for a password of the Radio. Does anyone know the most painless way for me to get around this?

what's the firmware in the radios and what cps version are you using and what's the exact model number of the radios?

First Time using Hex Editor...Sweet program...worked like a charm and got the password...thanks for your help everyone..
