HT1000 Lapel Mic Clip

Post by rescuer »

Hello,

I looked at Motorola Online this morning and was unable to find a part number. I may be asking to soon anyway because I don't have the specific lapel mic I am using but I think someone can help me figure it out.

I have a HT1000 VHF Lapel mic that I have broken the lapel mic clip for. From memory it has about a 1.5" X 1.5" metal backing with about an 3/4" X 1" black swivel clip on it. The black clip looks like a scaled down belt clip.

Like I mentioned before I don't have it with me but the mic is similiar and may be an NMN6191 although I am not sure. The Lapel mic does not have any special features (no volume adjustment, no antenna, no anything, just a speaker, PTT, microphone and a coiled cord).

Thanks for the help.

Not sure if you are interested but I never liked the little clips that came with those mics. They were not very strong and always kept coming unclipped from my turnout coat mic clip area. A friend of mine showed me that the standard battery clip for any Jedi series portable will fit into the mic and lock in. Since I had a ton of these I tried it and never changed back. It clips on tightly and I have not had one come of since. Just a suggestions.
