CDM1550 button part number help

Post by rrfd43 »

Is there a replacement button for a front pannel button on a cdm1550 for "REPEATER" or some abbreviation? What would the number be? Thanks!

Looking at the basic manual I have there is nothing that says repeater or anything close. There are buttons for talkaround/simplex though. One has the talkaround arrow between the two lines like you see on the display (3886134B16) and the other has "TA" on the button (3886134B17). Maybe you can use those buttons in some way but I'm sure its best to have a button with "repeater" or "repeat" on it to avoid confusion. You tell the users if you want to use the repeater just press that button that says it and that's it.

Just my luck. Trying to make this simple just isn't going to work. Thanks for the info...
