HT1550XLS Display Problem

I tried the search without much luck, I've got a 1550XLS in VHF that has lost lines of pixels across the screen. There is no physical damage to the radio as it sits at the house most of it's life as an expensive pager. Is this something motorola will fix under a service issue, or do I need to just order a new screen from parts. If I need to order one anyone have the part number? Thanks!!

If it's under warranty they will fix it. The SRN issued for this expired two years ago.
