XTS5000 Audio Difference Between Two Radios

Post by tbudar »

I have two XTS5000s. When transmitting on a non-astro channel to a non-digital radio, one of the them has a bit of an echo while the other sounds fine. What would cause this? Both were programmed with identical codeplugs.

thanks

Probably is due to the host / DSP.

Post your radio's specs.......

I forgot to mention that both radios are at the same DSP/Firmware/Tuning versions.

Check the settings in Radiowide|Rx Audio Control and Tx Audio per Mode.
