Hey gang,
I just got an MTS2000 from a friend that was looking for me to program the radio for him. When it powers up we instantly get an F01/93 error. Now after doing a search on these and many other websites I found that it is a Tool Proof error. What I am wondering is if someone has a good codeplug for this radio:
Motorola MTS2000
UHF
Model: H01RDD9PW1BN
Serial: 432AVE0323
Here is the information from the CPS:
11-Dec-2008
Codeplug: 0009
Firmware: 05.60
System Package: H35
Flashcode: 000101-000000-8
Now I have both CPS and RSS that I can program from. This radio was given to my friend by his cousin who is a firefighter. He said that the radio had this error when they took it out of service when they upgraded to 800mhz. Any information would be greatly appreciated.
I can be reached at: [email protected]
Thank you!

Only a saved good plug from the exact same radio will bring it back to life. If you don't have one it's off the dumpster or the depot.

That's NOT going to fix it. You need the one from that exact radio before it got bricked. If you don't have it your SCREWED.Downtown2991 wrote:THANK YOU! Does anyone have an SRecord for a similar radio?
Motorola implented toolproofing in this radio to keep people from blasting different records into radios.
