How in the hell does that work? That's almost worth $100 bucks to see the wiring. Is that a printer cable connecting them?

I'm tempted to ask him for a picture of it turned on.

Someone does not know much about Spectras, or Gm300 remote heads. They do not work together.

The GM300 remote head looks like a Valley Industrial product, they used the DB25 'printer' cable.

Not that it matters, but the speaker is for a Micor, which makes the case about 30 years old (or more, since it came out in 1969)

well it looks like the seller who has no clue on radios as you can tell, he probably found parts in a box and assumed they all fit together. The gm300 aftermarket remote kit consists of a front housing with a DB25 connector on it for the radio and a rear housing for the control head with a DB25 connector, a standard printer type cable with db 25 connectors on each end. I am pretty sure that if he actually powers the radio up that he would blow something in the radio...
